SALLY AEROBIC

Its elasticity eases greatly the tired body and the stress on the legs and back even if you are standing on reinforced concrete. It releases the tension off the sides of the body and the kneecaps when you are standing on it, allowing you to be more comfortable. Also it has a cushioning effect, thus cushioning the body from the bottom to the top, reducing damage to t he ankles.

Uses : aerobics, dance, gymnastic exercises, either individually or in groups.
